The Arden Team DAC, comprising of Ó Cualann Cohousing Alliance, Sisk Living and Kelland Homes, is delighted to announce that they have come together to support the delivery of the Killinarden Scheme for South Dublin City Council.

The Arden Team DAC is committed to the development at Killinarden, as a tremendous opportunity to create a thriving new community at the foothills of the Dublin Mountains.

The development will embrace both the existing community and features of the locality, whilst realising its own unique identity. It will comprise of a fully integrated mix of Affordable Purchase, Social and Private homes to provide accommodation in a tenure blind scheme.
